Childbirth Classes

The gift of motherhood, is exciting, but it can also come with some questions.  Join us for your personal journey through prepared childbirth. The more knowledge you have of the process of birth, the more likely you will approach your personal journey with confidence. Childbirth Classes will be held in the Education Center located behind Raleigh General Hospital.  The classes will be every Thursday evening for six weeks from 6pm to 8pm.

Topic will include:

• Preparing for labor and birth
• Finding comfort in labor
• Birth plans
• Meeting your newborn
• Breastfeeding
• Safe sleep
